Art Installation, Collages, 2021 - 2022.

The installation Confidential Waste, consisting of a pile of destroyed bank documents and a series of eight collages, refers to the issues of protection and misuse of personal data and the increase of identity theft in the age of online business and data exchange. The work is the result of the artist collecting discarded and shredded documents from local banks. While sifting through and processing the found material, she found that she could reconstruct the "completely destroyed" documents and extract various personal data from them. With some effort, she assembled personal documents, bank account numbers, tax and identity numbers, as well as parts of contracts and other documents from the pile of paper.

In the series of eight collages, two consist of scraps of destroyed documents with various bits of personal information covered by scraps with signatures of unknown people. Six collages represent fictitious identity cards on which the faces and names of people are composed of vertical strips of various destroyed identity cards.
